Establishing a new foundation
As Qiagen’s animal health business transitioned into a standalone company, a new foundation was required.
The carve-out marked the beginning of an independent bioscience company – one that builds on an established legacy while defining its own direction.
A clear positioning was needed to create confidence across employees, customers and markets.
